Thank you for supporting traditional Indian heritage and our local artisans! Because our products are 100% handmade and fragile, we take extra care in packaging and shipping them to ensure they reach you safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

 

1. Processing and Crafting Time

• Ready-made Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Since our products are crafted by hand using natural clay, some items may take 7 to 10 business days to be sculpted, dried, fired, and packaged before dispatch.

• Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery location of your order.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹1000.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time :3 to 8 days.
